Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. We specialize in long-term stays and do not offer nightly, weekly, or month-to-month reservations.

  • We're located at:

    7210 Nine Mile Bridge Road
    Fort Worth, Texas 76135

    Our location offers the quiet atmosphere of country living while still being just minutes from Lake Worth, Eagle Mountain Lake, Azle, and northwest Fort Worth.

  • Every site includes:

    • Full water hookup

    • Sewer connection

    • 30-amp electrical service

    • Metered electric

    • Trash service

    • Spacious paved RV pad

    Water, sewer, and standard trash service are included with your stay. The first $75 of electricity is included each month, with any additional usage billed separately.

  • Internet service is available through Spectrum. Residents may contact Spectrum directly to establish service.

  • We ask that RVs:

    • Be less than 10 years old

    • Be in good working condition

    • Be clean and well maintained

    Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with photos if you have questions.

  • Mail delivery to individual sites is not available. Residents can rent mailboxes through nearby USPS locations in Azle or Lake Worth, or at The UPS Store on Azle Avenue.

  • Each RV site accommodates up to two residents.

  • Yes! We welcome pets.

    Our guidelines include:

    • Maximum of two pets per site

    • Dogs must remain leashed

    • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

    • Aggressive breeds are not permitted

  • Each site includes parking for:

    • One RV

    • One personal vehicle

    Please contact us if you have additional vehicles so we can discuss available accommodations.

  • Yes. To keep our community peaceful for everyone, quiet hours are observed from:

    10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Yes. A $250 security deposit and the first month's rent are due before move-in.
